Kristen Thompson is Thompson Marketing Partners’ only full-time employee. The company’s only overhead is her small home office. Our expert partners are highly-skilled independent contractors that are paid by the job. Kristen Thompson President & Chief Marketer
Kristen has spent her entire 20-year career in marketing, holding progressively responsible positions throughout.  Just out of college, she began her career with a small nonprofit organization promoting and managing one of their grant programs. Then, Kristen continued her marketing education with an 11-year stint with the sports and entertainment division of Comcast NBCUniversal. While there, she rose through the ranks from Marketing Coordinator to Director of Marketing, where she was responsible for leading all B2B and B2C marketing for the food services division. Her responsibilities encompassed marketing strategy development, marketing plan execution and budgeting, website management, email marketing, social media marketing, internal corporate communications, content creation, event planning, proposal writing, trade show management, and public relations.
In 2016, Kristen further honed her consumer marketing skills by joining a national franchised restaurant group as Vice President of Marketing & Public Relations.  In this role, Kristen spent several years overseeing the company's marketing strategy, branding, programming/content development, digital marketing, eCommerce, social media, reputation management, loyalty, website, public relations, and search engine optimization. This work encompassed the brand's 25 restaurant locations within 5 different restaurant concepts ranging from fine dining to fast-casual. 
Today, Kristen works directly with small to medium-sized businesses to improve their visibility, generate leads, increase engagement, drive website traffic and generate new business. Kristen earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Florida State University and resides in beautiful St. Petersburg Florida, with her husband, Scott, and two rescue pups.
