What Information is Being Collected

TMP uses the information we collect to:

Who Has Access to the Data?

Updating your Information; Retention

You can update the personal information we have at any time by clicking on the “Update your Preferences” link that appears at the bottom of every marketing e-mail sent from TMP.  You can also choose to no longer receive e-mail communications at any time by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link that appears at the bottom of every marketing email sent from TMP. TMP may retain information about you for the purposes authorized under this Privacy Policy unless prohibited by law.  For example, we may retain information to prevent, investigate, or identify possible wrongdoing in connection with the services provided to you or to comply with legal obligations.


Customer Rights

If you are a TMP customer in the EU, you have the right to request an explanation of the information that we have about you and how we use that information, or request correction, deletion or copies of your personal data.  If you request deletion of your information, please note that we may retain certain information about you as required by law and for legitimate business purposes permitted by law.
